Dr. Abbey runs a neuropsychology clinic specializing in helping children with ADHD, with services starting at $20,000. That meant every lead was high-touchpoint, highly qualified, and worth nurturing. Through Web Sprout, I partnered directly with Dr. Abbey to overhaul his paid media approach, manage substantial ad budgets, and shift his messaging to connect more deeply with his audience.

02 — Creative process

When we began, Dr. Abbey’s ads leaned heavily into a clinical, science-focused style. While credible, it didn’t always resonate emotionally with parents seeking help for their children. I reworked the messaging to be more nurturing and empathetic while maintaining authority, speaking directly to parents’ hopes, fears, and desire for a brighter future for their child.


On the media side, I managed $960K in annual ad spend across Meta and Google, optimizing campaigns to attract parents most likely to engage in high-touch consultations. I also partnered closely with his sales team to improve lead quality, ensuring every inquiry was worth their time.


As creative director for his video strategy, I developed scripts and storyboards for campaigns that showcased both expertise and compassion. This approach paid off, with one video campaign alone driving over 300K views and significantly expanding reach.

03 — Results

The combination of strategic media buying, empathetic messaging, and impactful video creative transformed the clinic’s growth trajectory. In just over a year, we took annual revenue from $1M to $4.6M, generated over 50,000 webinar leads, and maintained a 4x ROI on paid ads. The campaigns not only filled the pipeline with highly engaged prospects but also positioned the clinic as a trusted leader in the ADHD space.
